Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will review the request and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed under a DMCA notice was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the copyright claimant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notifications should be sent to our Copyright Agent at the contact information listed above.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate user access to our website if they repeatedly violate copyright laws.
