Homes that Help Referral Fundraising Program

Giving back has always been a huge part of who we are. Real estate is about relationships, and I believe in using my work to uplift our community. That’s why I created the Homes That Help program—to turn something as impactful as buying or selling a home into a force for good. When you refer someone to me, you're not just helping them with their real estate journey—you’re also supporting causes that matter.

It’s simple and powerful:

• Your organization partners with me and spreads the word.
• When someone from your community needs to buy or sell, they reach out to me—and mention your group.
• After the home closes, I donate a sizable portion of my commission directly back to your organization.
   

Depending on the sale price, that donation can be hundreds—or even thousands—of dollars. It’s my way of saying thank you and investing in the people and programs that make our area special.
